Looking for a Mustang mechanic !!!

Hi Mustang clubbers !
Hoping to get some help from any of you to have a check on my new Mustang.
I am passionate about old looking cars and getting things done , but I am new to repairing anything in an old car. I just bought a Mustang 1966 hard top, i6 cylinder last summer and i am new in this territory . I would love for everything to work properly , since I want to drive a lot this summer, for example driving to Stockholm for my brothers wedding . Anybody could offer a help ? Everything seems to be working fine , except that after a while, RPM gets really low and it dies when standing still.
I live in Copenhagen.
